How do I return an item?
Because our items are custom made and printed at the time of your order, all sales are final. Please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receiving) if you have any problems with your order. If the defect is due to our manufacturing, please contact our office for a Pre-Authorization Number. We will work quickly to resolve your issue and the item will be replaced/repaired free of charge.
All returns must be Pre-Authorized. Please use the contact us form to request the authorization number and return shipping address from customer service. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We offer a variety of shipping methods. For standard shipping we use USPS Priority mail. Need it faster? We are able to offer expedited shipping with UPS and Fedex.
Order processing may take up to 3 days or longer if we need to order a special garment. After your order has been processed, we ship it.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the processing time of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
How do I care for my Pillows?
After unzipping the pillow and removing the pillow form. Please turn the pillow case inside out and wash cold, tumble dry. You may lightly iron the pillowcase while it is inside out. Do not iron directly on decoration.
